Journal #10

If I could reinvent any sport and make it an extreme sport, it would be basketball. I'd make it extreme by changing some rules of the game. The things would change are having a seven on seven team instead of a five on five team, having unlimited time on the paint instead of only three seconds, having halves instead of quarters, like how college basketball is, having no jump balls, you'll just have to fight to get the ball, having only one official instead of two, and having a maximum number of players on a team which would be fourteen players.

Journal

The day my dad found out my brother was a zombie he wanted to kill him but I stopped him. My brother was a friendly zombie, but if you look at him the wrong way he'd go crazy. Me and my dad tried to make him look normal but it didn't work so we just left him in the house all the time. But one day some how he got out and my neighbors saw him and he went crazy because of way they looked at him. When they saw that he was running towards them they ran in the house and called the police. When the police arrive my brother was no where to be found.

Journal 4

There are  things in the world that can comfort me. The number one thing can comforts me is playing basketball because it takes my mind off of everything, the second thing is sleep because I don't think of anything when I'm alseep, the third is music because it makes me go into a different world, the fourth is watching my favorite movie "The Goonies", the fifth thing is my blanket that I've had since I was born, and the sixth thing is my little six year old cousin because when ever I see him he's a good mood and he's such a goofy person.

My Name

Kendra is my name i find it different not plain. My name means magical like a magician fantastical and originated from England. It also means understanding and water baby, I don't get how a name could mean water baby but I like my name because to me it's unique and different because I have never met another Kendra before but I follow two Kendras on Instagram. My mom named me, she got the name from a girl she used to go to school with. She told me she was quiet like me. 

Journal

If I lived 2000 years ago I think the best animal to own out of a horse, cow or a dozen chickens would be a dozen chickens. A dozen chickens would be the best animal to own back then because there are multiple things they can do and be used for unlike a cow or horse. The benefits of having a dozen chickens is, they can breed and make more chickens, make eggs to eat, I  could sell some and buy other animals like a cow or horse, and I could also eat some of the chickens. 

Journal 16

The grossest food that I've ever consumed was my aunt's jambalaya. It didn't really look or taste like regular jambalaya, it was dry and didn't have stuff that normally went in it like sausage,chicken, rice, shrimp, celery and seasoning. Instead of chicken and sausage it had ground beef and bacon. She put so much stuff into it that I can't even remember all of it. I had no choice, I had to eat it or I couldn't get up from the table or get cake. So instead of eating it I threw most of it under the table. Whenever me and my family go to her house, we eat before we get there because she always tries to make us something, so we don't have to eat any of the food that she attempts to make.

Real friends journal

Real friends should take care of each other by doing multiple things. Some things are giving them your wifi password, being happy when they receive, or achieve something they truly desire, don't hold grudges over petty disagreements, remains friends despite their choices in life, being loyal and respcetful but above all love and respect them, except them as they are, as an individuals with no conditions, be there for them in the same way you would be there for yourself, especially during clamors, celebrate the wins and being there to support the losses, don’t be scared to tell each other the truth no matter how difficult it may be, and always be there, even in silence. A true friend is someone you feel as comfortable with as you are when you are with yourself.

My most important rule

My most important rule that I and other people should go by is minding their own business. People should follow this rule because I think that it could actually have benefits. It could benefit by not getting caught up in other people's nonsense. If the situation doesn't involve you, instead of getting in the middle or putting your two cents in, you should just mind your own business. If it concerns you, then is the time to speak. Let people do what they got to do to make them happy, mind your own business, and do what you got to do to make you happy. I also think that you should never choose sides if the situation doesn't have anything to do with you. If we all understood that everyone has their own things to deal with, insecurities to face, loves to contend and goals to reach, the world would be a better and gently place.

Three People

If I could invite any three people in this world the first would Drake because he's my favorite male music artist, the second person would be Skylar Diggins because she's my favorite guard in the WNBA, and lastly the third person Brittney Griner because she's my favorite basketball player also because she came from my favorite college, Baylor University. I would invite them over for hot chocolate because that's my favorite hot drink. I wouldn't really talk about myself to them because I have so many questions for them to answer, like how did Brittney feel when she and her team won the 2014 WNBA championship, how did Drake get discovered as an actress and music artist, how was college for Skylar and Brittney, and how has their lives changed since they have became famous.
